Location: Akron, OH area We are partnering with a well-established F&B manufacturer to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager for a large, high-volume manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity for a strong maintenance leader to step into a highly visible role and make an immediate impact on preventive maintenance, team development, equipment reliability, and overall maintenance execution. Highlights & details: Relocation assistance available 24/7 manufacturing operation | 3 shifts Significant recent capital and infrastructure investments Continued investment in equipment, automation, safety, and machine guarding Large-scale, high-volume production environment Highly automated processing, packaging, palletizing, and warehousing operations Equipment & Technical Environment: Conveyors and automation Automated palletizing and warehouse equipment Allen-Bradley & Rockwell PLCs High-speed processing and production equipment Leadership Scope: 5-6 Maintenance Supervisors 20+ Maintenance Technicians What We're Looking For: Maintenance leadership experience within a large-scale F&B or high-speed consumer products manufacturing facility Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background with the ability to build a more proactive maintenance culture Proven ability to develop, train, and hold maintenance teams accountable Experience improving equipment reliability, uptime, PM compliance, and xzbcwsv maintenance execution Strong troubleshooting knowledge involving PLCs, automation, conveyors, packaging, processing, and material handling equipment Experience leading maintenance teams in a 24/7, multi-shift operation A strong sense of urgency and experience supporting a high-volume, customer-facing manufacturing environment This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who can strengthen the team, improve preventive maintenance practices, and build a culture of reliability, accountability, and urgency .
