Lead Automation and Controls Technician

Nike is seeking a Lead Automation & Controls Technician to keep our retail and distribution operations running at peak performance. In this role, you will own the health of automated equipment, including conveyors, sorters, robotics interfaces, and control panels. You will lead troubleshooting, repairs, and improvements to PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and industrial networks, while coaching techs and partnering with engineering and operations. You’ll drive uptime, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that reflects Nike’s culture of innovation and performance.
