Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets within the territory.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals to ensure high performance.
• Expand and strengthen distribution through agency, direct, and partner channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Health Insurance sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team handling.
• Strong understanding of Health Insurance products and distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
