Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Reservations Executive/Online Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also involves MIS reporting, working closely with channel manager plus OTA, handling customer support requests, and identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize occupancy rates. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the broader Marketing and revenue management teams to meet targets and uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for Customer Service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Proven expertise in Sales and exposure to PMS and channel manager systems such as STAAH, IDS etc to drive bookings and enhance onlline revenue.
• Preffered excel and analytical skiills for business reporting.
• Relevant experience in a hospitality or similar industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with reservation systems or CRM tools are a plus
