Job description : Sr. Sales Manager – Franchise Sales & Business Development Company: EMEDIX WELLNESS PVT. LTD. Location: Patna, Bihar Job Type: Full-time About the Role EMEDIX WELLNESS PVT. LTD. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Manager to lead franchise sales and business development across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills with experience in Franchise, Healthcare, Retail, Pharma, Insurance & Education Sector. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert franchise sales leads. Conduct business presentations and franchise meetings. Visit potential locations for site assessment and feasibility analysis. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports. Lead, mentor, and monitor Business Development Executives. Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis. Identify new business opportunities and expand the territory. Coordinate franchise onboarding and support new partners. Required Skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Leadership and team management experience. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and CRM software. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Franchise Sales, Healthcare, Retail, Pharma & Education. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. Willingness to travel across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly franchise sales.
