To manage retail sales data and develop accurate, efficient MIS reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas, data analysis and reporting tools .

• Manage and maintain sales, product, style code, color, designer and transaction data .
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and financial-year-wise sales MIS .
• Analyze sales by Style Code, Product Category, Color, Designer and Month .
• Identify Top & Bottom selling styles/products and sales trends.
• Prepare product-wise and year-wise sales comparison reports .
• Develop automated reports using Google Sheets formulas and functions .
• Create and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, summaries and management reports .
• Perform data cleaning, validation and reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy .
• Identify sales trends, variances and anomalies and provide actionable insights to management.
• Improve existing MIS formats and automate repetitive reporting processes.
  

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

SUMIF / SUMIFS | COUNTIF / COUNTIFS | QUERY | FILTER | SORT | UNIQUE | INDEX-MATCH | XLOOKUP | IF / IFS | IFERROR | ARRAYFORMULA | TEXT / DATE functions | Pivot Tables | Data Validation | Conditional Formatting

• 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / Retail Reporting .
• Strong Google Sheets expertise is mandatory.
• Good understanding of retail sales and inventory data .
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to convert raw data into meaningful management reports .
• Experience in Apparel / Fashion / Lifestyle Retail preferred.
