Company Overview:

Reports to: Creative Director

Role Summary: The Art Director leads the visual style of our advertising campaigns. You will guide design teams, brainstorm creative concepts, and turn client briefs into stunning visual stories across digital, print, and video platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the visual direction of major advertising and marketing campaigns.

Direct and mentor teams of graphic designers, copywriters, and production artists.

Pitch creative concepts and visual layouts to clients and internal leadership.

Oversee photo shoots, video productions, and final graphic designs.

Ensure all visual assets match client brand guidelines and project budgets.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in an advertising agency or creative environment.

A strong portfolio showing successful multi-platform ad campaigns, real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
