Job TitleThis role entails making cold calls and sales calls to prospects across 4 states to sell them on our EV charging products while clearly articulating the incentives, rebates, and revenues for these products. Candidates must be able to fully comprehend a rather complicated business model and articulate it effectively to the prospect, and then work with internal tools to provide proposals, contracts, case studies, model scenarios, etc. This is an hourly role with commission.BenefitsHealth insurance, Opportunity for advancement, Paid time off, Company parties, Dental insuranceWho We AreWe are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider. Join us in making a meaningful impact!ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new sales opportunities by conducting high-volume cold calls, outbound sales calls, direct marketing activities, and market research to identify potential clients within the EV charging and renewable energy industries.Engage with prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs, clearly communicating the benefits of our products and services, and demonstrating how our solutions can address their specific business needs.Present and promote company products and services through phone calls, electronic communication, in-person meetings, sales presentations, promotional materials, and other sales activities.Develop sales opportunities from initial contact through close by conducting follow-ups, developing sales proposals, preparing and presenting contracts, negotiating with clients, and responding to sales inquiries and concerns.Maintain accurate customer and sales information by keeping customer databases and sales activity records up to date, documenting calls and sales activity, preparing sales reports, and monitoring follow-up activities for management.Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive customer service, taking incoming customer calls, following up on sales activity, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.Support sales and customer education efforts by developing and maintaining sales and promotional materials, conducting product training, and providing relevant case studies, model scenarios, and other supporting information to prospective clients.Develop new business through referrals and networking by sourcing client referrals, participating in sales events, and identifying additional opportunities to expand the company's customer base.Support market and competitive research by monitoring competitors, market conditions, product development, and industry trends, as well as conducting market research and surveys.Perform quality and sales activity follow-up by monitoring product and service delivery, conducting quality checks, and reporting sales activities, customer feedback, and follow-up needs to management.RequirementsHigh school diploma required; BA/BS is a plus.3-5 years of experience as a Telemarketer.Superb communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm under pressure.Excellent multitasking skills.Comfortable making cold calls to potential clients.A goal-driven, results-oriented mindset.Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.NoteThis job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
