Job Title: Structural Design Engineer / Manager

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Structural Design professional with 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural design and coordination for residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects. Candidates from reputed real estate developers or leading design consultancy firms will be preferred.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review structural design concepts, calculations, and detailed drawings for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, PMC teams, and site execution teams for design integration.
• Ensure structural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, safety norms, and project requirements.
• Review RCC and steel structural designs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor design timelines and support project execution teams during construction stages.
• Conduct value engineering and optimization of structural systems.
• Review consultant deliverables and provide technical inputs for approvals.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of structural issues during execution.
• Ensure quality, constructability, and cost-efficiency in structural design solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in structural design within the real estate industry.
• Must have worked with reputed real estate developers or leading structural/design consultancy firms.
• Strong understanding of RCC, steel structures, high-rise buildings, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit will be preferred.
• Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
