Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales, Bengaluru to drive business growth for our Industrial Sensors product line across all industrial sectors like Machine tool builders, and automotive industries.
The ideal candidate will have 8 + years of proven sales experience in B2 B industrial environments, with strong knowledge of sensor technologies and applications. A key responsibility will be to maintain and develop key accounts across the Bengaluru region , ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
This role requires strategic thinking and market development capabilities to identify new opportunities and expand our regional footprint.
The candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership qualities. Field visits, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations will be a regular part of achieving revenue targets and sustainable growth
