The brand focuses on delivering hardcore, results-driven training experiences for fitness enthusiasts of varying skill levels. Facilities are designed to international standards, featuring a 4,000 square foot training space equipped for advanced strength, conditioning, and MMA workouts. MMA Matrix aims to build a strong fitness community and provide members with expert coaching, cutting-edge programs, and a motivating atmosphere.
Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing multiple gym locations within the assigned cluster. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, facility upkeep, and adherence to brand standards. The Cluster Manager monitors performance metrics, membership growth, and customer satisfaction, and implements initiatives to improve revenue, retention, and service quality. This position coordinates with local teams to ensure consistent delivery of training programs, supervises marketing and promotional activities, and resolves member issues promptly and professionally. The Cluster Manager also prepares regular reports, supports budget management, and collaborates with senior leadership on strategic planning and expansion.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or service-oriented industries.
- Strong leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in basic business and financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and tracking key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle member concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Experience in local marketing, sales, and membership growth activities to drive brand visibility and revenue.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple locations, manage competing priorities, and maintain structured, organized operations.
- Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or MMA-based training environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sports Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
