Role Description

The Account Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Layyah, responsible for managing and nurturing client accounts in the electrical/electronic manufacturing sector. Day‑to‑day tasks include maintaining regular communication with assigned clients, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes and basic financial summaries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing. The role involves monitoring account performance, resolving customer issues, tracking deliveries, and updating account records in relevant systems. The Account Specialist also supports customer service activities, identifies opportunities to expand services, and contributes to continuous improvement of account management processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret account data, monitor performance metrics, and support basic financial assessments.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication capabilities to interact clearly with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand invoicing, payment terms, and revenue impact for assigned accounts.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess effective Account Management abilities to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Relevant qualifications may include a diploma or degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
• Prior experience in account coordination or customer‑facing roles, preferably in manufacturing or energy‑related industries, is beneficial.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic CRM or ERP systems, along with strong organizational and time management skills, is advantageous.
