We are looking for a performance-driven Shopify Performance & Growth Manager to manage and scale Shopify stores across UAE, Germany, KSA, and Australia.The role is target-based and focuses on store growth, paid marketing, conversion optimization, product scaling, localization, and performance reporting.

We are looking for a performance-driven Shopify Performance & Growth Manager to manage and scale Shopify stores across UAE, Germany, KSA, and Australia.The role is target-based and focuses on store growth, paid marketing, conversion optimization, product scaling, localization, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Shopify stores across UAE, Germany, and KSA
• Execute paid marketing and growth strategies based on each market
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and conversion funnels
• Monitor daily store KPIs and take corrective actions
• Scale winning products and campaigns
• Ensure localized customer experience including currency, offers, and delivery
• Coordinate fulfillment and resolve order-related issues
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports
• Ensure each market achieves defined monthly sales targets
• Maintain repeat purchase rate of 20% or higher
• Maintain ROAS of minimum 5x–5.5x
• Reduce CPA by 10% every month
• Test minimum 10–15 new creatives/products per month
• Achieve conversion rate of 8%+ in KSA and Germany and 5%+ in UAE
• Increase AOV by 25% quarterly
• Maintain cart abandonment recovery of 12–18%

Requirements

• Experience managing Shopify stores
• Strong understanding of ecommerce growth and performance marketing
• Experience managing international ecommerce markets
• Knowledge of paid marketing and customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV, and retention metrics
• Experience with product and creative testing
• Ability to optimize ecommerce conversion funnels
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
