Food and beverage manager

We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations for Promoters
and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the highest
standards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism and
confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end F&B operations for Promoters and UHNW guests.
* Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences.
* Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions.
* Lead, train, and mentor the F&B service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
* Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement, and other support teams for seamless operations.
* Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
* Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion.
* Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations.
* Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always.
Eligibility:
* Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
* Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels.
* Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferred
