Europe/ APAC Sales (TMT GTM - Vertical Partners & AI Partners)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) GTM team. This role is focused on driving business development, partner engagement and package the product/ bundled solutions for consumption/ puchase by HCLTech Enterprise Cients. The person should have strong inter personal, networking skills and should possess a solution based selling mindset.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales: Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualifying leads to pitching and closing deals with HCLTech Client Partners/ Sales leaders targeting Enterprise clients of HCLTech.

* Cross team alignment: Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to craft compelling, customized proposals and statements of work (SOWs).

* Market Expansion: Analyze market trends to identify new growth vectors, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities across HCLTech

* Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and hygienic sales pipeline, regularly reporting forecast metrics to regional leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Experience: Upto 7 yearsof professional experience, with a significant focus on sales, account management, or business development in professional services or tech consulting.

* Location Flexibility: Must be based in or willing to travel frequently across India/ Europe.

* Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
