Job description Credit Manager Location: Kolhapur Role & Responsibility:  Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decisions or recommendations for approval to higher authorities.  Underwriting cases with the desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business targets by proper training.  To evaluate proposals of customers for Home Loan and LAP.  Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management, and profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in the evaluation  Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies/infants.  Decision-making within defined TAT  Understanding of property-related knowledge (like legal title and market value of the property).  Coordinating
