Job Summary The HRIS Director provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of the Human Resources Information Systems function across Grupo Eulen USA. This role is responsible for the architecture, optimization, compliance, and long-term sustainability of all HR technology platforms. The HRIS Director ensures that HR systems support operational business success by: Driving data integrity and system integration Enhancing workforce analytics and reporting capabilities Supporting payroll governance and compliance Enabling workforce planning and talent strategy Leading digital transformation across the employee lifecycle This role leads the HRIS team and serves as the executive liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
