Business Development Executive (Legal & Accounting services)

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who understands law but thinks like a business person. This is a client-facing sales role where your legal background becomes your biggest advantage helping you build trust, communicate value, and close high-quality global clients. You won’t just “sell services” you’ll bridge the gap between legal expertise and business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage potential clients globally (startups, founders, MNCs, investors)
• Pitch legal services in a clear, business-first manner (not legal jargon-heavy)
• Understand client requirements and align them with the firm’s offerings
• Work closely with the legal team to structure proposals and solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Drive inbound + outbound sales efforts (LinkedIn, email, referrals, networks)
• Represent the firm in a professional, confident, and consultative manner

Who You Are

• 1–4 years of experience in sales / business development / client-facing roles (legal exposure is a big plus)
• Strong communication skills especially with international clients
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable owning conversations end-to-end
• Someone who enjoys closing deals as much as understanding the law
