Occupational Therapy Assistant

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this on-site role, you will provide hands-on treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on ADLs, safety, and functional independence. You will document in EMR, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate residents and caregivers.
