WearescalingourdigitaldeliveryandtechnicalconsultingteamsandlookingforanexperiencedHRExecutivetomanageourhumanresourcesandtalentacquisitionefforts.YouwillberesponsibleforsourcingtoptiertechnicaltalentacrossmultiplelocationswhileensuringourHRoperationsremainstrictlycompliantwithregionallaborlaws.
CoreResponsibilities
- RegionalCompliance&LaborLaw: Ensureallemploymentcontracts,companypolicies,andworkplacepracticesalignperfectlywiththespecificlocalHRlawsandstatutoryregulationsoftheregionswhereweoperate.
- TalentSourcingStrategy: Executeproactivesourcingstrategiestoattracthighqualitycandidatesinthecompetitivetechmarket,utilizingLinkedIn,developercommunities,andmodernApplicantTrackingSystems(ATS).
- EmployeeOnboarding: Designandfacilitateaseamlessonboardingexperiencethatquicklyintegratesnewremoteandin-officehiresintoourtechnicalworkflows.
- Performance&Appraisals: Overseeregularperformancereviewcycles,trackemployeeKPIs,andcollaboratewithtechnicalleadstobuildprofessionaldevelopmentplans.
- Culture&EmployeeRelations: Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforteammembers,resolvingworkplaceconflicts,handlinggrievances,anddrivinginitiativesthatmaintainahealthycompanyculture.
Requirements
Requirements&Qualifications
- ProvenHRExperience: Hands-onexperienceinanHRoperationsorrecruitmentrole,specificallywithinthesoftwaredevelopment,IT,ordigitalagencysector.
- TechLiteracy: Familiaritywiththeterminologyandrequirementsofmodernwebdevelopmentanddigitalprojectstoeffectivelyscreentechnicalcandidates.
