Interim Head of Tax - 6 months, London

An interim Head of Tax role has been created for the first time in a fast paced, growing, international business. To date, tax has been completely outsourced and managed by finance and they are now looking for a Head of Tax to manage this in-house. This is a broad role and will require someone who will be hands on in managing the outsourced compliance process, whilst also providing input and adding value to corporate transactions, structuring and supporting them through a potential IPO.

Key responsibilities include:
Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all tax obligations for the international group across all taxes
Partner closely with the business and provide commercially sound advice on structuring of contracts and corporate transactions
Oversee Transfer Pricing and advise on international expansion and jurisdictional structuring to optimise tax outcomes
