Target Industries: Pipe, Automobile, and Railway manufacturing clients

Core Expertise: B2 B sales of Rubber and Polymer products to industry giants

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with a strong background in selling rubber/polymer products.

Responsibilities: Full ownership of P& L, plant operations, business development, key customer relationships, profitability, growth strategy, market/competitor analysis, pricing, and comprehensive business planning.

Education: B. Tech, MBA from a reputed institution.
