Your new companyI am currently working with a well-established Property Management business with a significant portfolio across the UK. They are looking to hire an FP&A Manager to join their London finance team. This is a highly commercial role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business and providing financial insight to support strategic decision making.Your new roleYour main responsibilities will include:Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processesProducing monthly management reporting, analysis and commentaryPartnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial financial insightAnalysing business performance, identifying key trends, risks and opportunitiesDeveloping financial models, forecasts and scenario analysisDriving improvements across FP&A processes, reporting and financial controlsWhat you'll need to succeedYou'll be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong experience across budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Previous experience within the real estate or property management industry would be highly desirable. Strong business partnering and financial modelling skills are a bonus.What you'll get in returnYou'll receive a competitive salary of £70,000-£75,000 + benefits. This is a great opportunity to gain strong exposure across senior leadership.
