About the Role

Ekfrazo Technologies is looking for a Chief Sales Officer / Global Head of Sales to lead our global sales organization and drive the next phase of growth.

This is a revenue ownership role for a proven technology sales leader who can build strategy, lead teams, open enterprise accounts and personally drive large deals.

What You Will Own

- Overall global sales strategy, GTM and revenue growth

- Lead, mentor and scale the existing sales organization

- Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships and enterprise accounts

- Acquire new logos and expand existing strategic accounts

- Drive large deals across Digital Engineering, Data & AI/ML, ERP, CRM, ITSM, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed & Professional Services

- Build strategic partnerships and alliance-led opportunities

- Own pipeline, forecasting, sales performance and conversion

- Expand Ekfrazo across India, US, Middle East and Africa

What We Are Looking For

- 15+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology / Digital Transformation sales

- Proven track record of $5M+ annual sales closure

- Strong existing network of enterprise CXOs and decision-makers

- Demonstrated ability to bring new accounts and business

- Experience managing and scaling sales teams

- Strong track record in large enterprise / transformation / managed services deals

- Strategic thinker who is equally strong at execution and closing

- Entrepreneurial, aggressive and highly accountable for revenue
