Program Manager – Training & IEC

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Training & IEC to lead and support training, Information, Education & Communication (IEC), and capacity-building initiatives under the TN RIGHTS Project, Government of Tamil Nadu .

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor IEC, training and capacity-building activities.
• Develop and support communication, awareness and advocacy initiatives.
• Coordinate with Government departments, stakeholders, development organizations and other relevant agencies.
• Design and facilitate training and capacity-building programs for relevant stakeholders.
• Review communication and advocacy materials and ensure effective dissemination of project information.
• Support initiatives related to persons with disabilities and promote inclusive practices.
• Monitor implementation of training and IEC activities and prepare reports/documentation.
• Contribute to program planning, stakeholder engagement and effective project communication.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences, Economics, Rural Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Administration or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IEC, Training and Capacity Building.
• Experience with National/State Government, development, donor or similar organizations is preferred.
• Experience in communication, advocacy, training and capacity building related to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) in Tamil Nadu or a similar context will be an advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared UPSC Prelims/Mains .

Compensation: ₹1,25,000 per month

Location: Tamil Nadu
