S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process.” Job Title: Mortgage Servicing Specialist Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266 Contract Length: 12 Months Hybrid Work Pay: 29.54 per hr on W2 Position Summary Seeking a Mortgage Servicing Specialist with knowledge of mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions within Home Lending, working knowledge of MSP, and experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills, along with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Desired Skills and Qualifications Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending. Working knowledge of MSP. Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables . Proficiency with Microsoft OneNote, Excel, Outlook, and Skype. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability. Project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives. Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills. Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors. Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills. Proven results developing, integrating, and achieving business goals and initiatives. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and sound judgment. Ability to manage competing priorities.
