The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, specializing in the top 1% of Software Engineers across New York and San Francisco. Key responsibilities include: Conducting in-depth market mapping across the software engineering market. Building and maintaining strong pipelines of high-caliber technology professionals. Proactively sourcing, approaching, and qualifying passive and active candidates Managing end-to-end candidate processes, including screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer management. Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborating with consultants and account teams to deliver against client hiring requirements Providing market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor analysis to support recruitment strategies. We are seeking ambitious and driven recruitment professionals with proven track records in technology recruitment and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences. What you'll bring: ✅ Previous experience recruiting within Technology.
