b Overview /b p As an Environmental Geoscientist, you will plan, coordinate and deliver field-based geoscience works across contaminated land, hydrogeology and ground investigations. You’ll support supervision on site, conduct groundwater, surface water and gas monitoring, and manage samples and field records while maintaining HSSE standards. Off-site, you contribute to work plans, fieldwork specs, HSSE docs and investigation reports. You’ll collaborate with project teams and labs, with travel to sites as needed. (as stated) /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Plan, coordinate and deliver environmental and geoscience siteworks across diverse projects /li li Support ground investigation supervision and on-site activities /li li Conduct groundwater, surface water and ground gas monitoring /li li Coordinate sample handling and maintain field records /li li Uphold HSSE requirements on site /li li Prepare work plans, fieldwork specifications, HSSE documentation and investigation reports /li li Collaborate with project managers, technical specialists, field teams, laboratories and subcontractors /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li BSc Hons or equivalent in Geoscience, Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Geoscience, Earth Sciences or related discipline /li li Practical understanding of ground investigation, environmental monitoring and data collection on site /li li Experience or strong interest in groundwater, surface water and ground gas monitoring /li li Experience in or familiarity with sample handling, chain of custody and laboratory coordination /li li Ability to prepare clear field records and reporting inputs /li li Well-organised, collaborative and HSSE-aware /li li Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites /li /ul ul li well-organised /li li collaborative /li li HSSE-aware /li li ground investigation /li li environmental monitoring (groundwater, surface water, ground gas) /li li sample handling and chain of custody /li /ul
