Role Description The Bottling Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Bharatpur, responsible for overseeing all bottling operations for Brij Honey's packaged products. This role manages daily production activities, including scheduling bottling runs, supervising bottling staff, and ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The Bottling Manager monitors equipment performance, coordinates maintenance, and ensures accurate filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging in line with regulatory and company specifications. The role also involves maintaining inventory of packaging materials, optimizing workflow to meet production targets, and collaborating with quality assurance and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods. The Bottling Manager is expected to implement continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and protect the integrity of Brij Honey's products.
Qualifications
Experience in bottling, food or beverage manufacturing preferably Honey with strong knowledge of packaging processes and equipment. Demonstrated ability to enforce quality, hygiene, and safety standards, including familiarity with food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP). Skills in team supervision and coordination, including workforce planning, training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution. Operational skills in production planning, workflow optimization, and basic data analysis to track output, downtime, and efficiency. Competence in inventory management of packaging materials. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in handling equipment issues, process deviations, and bottling line disruptions. Effective collaboration skills to work closely with quality assurance, maintenance, logistics, and management teams. Ability to work on-site in Bharatpur, overseeing physically demanding production environments. A degree in food technology & Manufacturing preferred; with proven track record & relevant honey industry experience of atleast 8 years.Details
