JOB SUMMARY
Locations: Greensburg (4 apartment communities, 198 units) and New Kensington (1 apartment community, 97 units) Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation Birgo is a mission-driven real estate company on a mission to improve the lives of our residents and enhance the communities we serve. To do that, we need a maintenance supervisor who can balance completing work, managing logistics, and leading a maintenance team.BIRGO’S VALUES

- Manage turnovers, work orders, inventory, and groundskeeping
- Operate in a paperless environment by processing work orders through mobile
- Set safety expectations for the team and adhere to company safety standards
- Complete high-skilled work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, etc.) to
- Monitor expenditures and adhere to budget
- Source and coordinate external contractors, vendors, and suppliers as
- Serve as the liaison between property management and maintenance teams
- Manage on-call rotation
- Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Work Requirements- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle with registration and insurance
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders
- Expertise in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other building trades
- 5+ years experience in multifamily maintenance
- 3+ years experience as a supervisor
- Experience managing multi-site portfolios
- Servant hearted

- Comfortable working within established processes
- Strategic planner committed to timely and accurate work
- Proficient in budgets, cost control techniques, and reporting
