Conference management executive

We're Hiring | Conference & Events Executive (Full-Time)
Horizon Conference Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a committed and execution-focused professional to join our Conference Operations team in Bengaluru.
This role is ideal for professionals with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing conferences, webinars, corporate events, Zoom meetings, and stakeholder coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering flawless events.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute national and international conferences from start to finish.
Coordinate with speakers, delegates, sponsors, vendors, and clients.
Manage Zoom/Webinar sessions and provide complete technical coordination.
Prepare event documentation, reports, certificates, and professional communications.
Ensure timely execution while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements ✔ 3+ years of relevant experience in conference or event management ( Freshers are not eligible for this role )
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and digital documentation
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Willingness to handle time-sensitive assignments and occasional extended working hours during live events
✔ Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
