Summary: The Lead Registered Nurse Clinical Educator serves as a key mentor and strategic resource within the nursing education team, advancing clinical excellence and supporting ministry and systemwide learning initiatives. While not a supervisory role, this role provides guidance, mentorship, and support to Clinical Educators, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and consistency in educational practices.
