Division business manager (north)

Position: Divisional Business Manager – North
Division: Sales & Marketing – Field Crops
HQ: Sohna (covering UP, Haryana, Rajasthan & MP)
Purpose: Lead divisional sales and marketing operations to drive growth, market expansion, product launches, and execution excellence across maize, pearl millet, and mustard.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning: Develop and execute divisional business plans, drive sales performance, manage forecasting, budgets, and reporting.
Market Strategy: Conduct crop‑wise market analysis, identify new variety opportunities, lead product registrations and launches.
Marketing: Implement divisional campaigns, field promotions, and branding initiatives to strengthen farmer engagement and market penetration.
Team Leadership: Guide field managers, deploy and manage field force, ensure cross‑functional coordination for seamless execution.
Administration: Monitor receivables, ensure compliance, and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Post‑graduate in Agriculture or Horticulture.
15+ years of relevant sales & marketing experience in field crops.
