Estates and Trust Attorney

McNamee Hosea is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Estates & Trust practice area. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of substantive experience in tax or estate planning with an LLM in Taxation, preferred but not required. Candidate should be highly skilled in structuring comprehensive estate plans, preparing wills and trust agreements, and handling trust administration and probate proceedings.

Salary: $97,500 - $125,000 depending on experience. xzbcwsv Semi- and Annual Bonuses (variable depending on firm and associate performance).
