This is regarding opening with leading Pvt Bank as an AVP/VP relationship Manager- Corporate Real Estate Designation: AVP/VP Corporate Real estate Location: Chennai/Delhi/Kolkata/Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai Job Role: Originate and source real estate financing deals from developers. Handle products like: Construction Finance Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) Real Estate Refinance Structured Credit / High Yield Financing Manage relationships with real estate developers, promoters, CFOs, and CXOs. Evaluate project feasibility, cash flows, asset quality, and credit risks. Structure customized funding solutions. Manage end-to-end transaction execution with legal, technical, valuation, and rating stakeholders. Drive cross-selling of banking products (CASA, DCM, Trade Finance, Forex, Salary Accounts). If
