Key Requirements 2–3 years of experience in overseas education or career counselling. Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Smart, well-presented, confident, and professional personality. Polite voice, positive attitude, and approachable counselling style. Good knowledge of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA, and other study destinations. Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and career pathways. Strong student and parent relationship-management skills. Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities. Comfortable working with CRM systems and monthly targets. Willing to participate in seminars, education fairs, university events, and student activities.
