Assistant Manager Production

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager Production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, quality standards, workforce management, and continuous improvement in the Production department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
• Monitor line efficiency, manpower utilization, and machine performance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team.
• Train and develop supervisors and operators.
• Resolve production issues and bottlenecks promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
