b Overview /b p In this role you will lead residential on-site projects in Oxford/Bucks, coordinating managers, trades and subcontractors to deliver high-quality homes on schedule and within budget. You will support junior staff, cover for regional leadership when needed, and align build activity with company policies and safety standards. You will shape build performance and contribute to a scalable, quality-focused team. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li car allowance /li li incentive schemes /li li private medical insurances /li li discounted dental insurances /li li gym memberships /li li up to 25 days’ holiday entitlement,pension schemes /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and develop Assistant/Site Manager(s) and provide coaching /li li Provide ad-hoc coverage for Regional Operations Manager /li li Support Site Managers on complex issues across developments /li li Adhere to Build Policy and Procedures /li li Supervise subcontractors, material suppliers and utilities to meet programme, quality and cost standards /li li Coordinate work to achieve production targets and maintain product quality within budget /li li Ensure drawings and instructions are followed precisely /li li Coordinate subcontractors and resolve on-site issues /li li Maintain Health and Safety compliance per company procedures /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum 10 years experience in construction management in the house-building sector /li li Experience overseeing trades and subcontractors, scheduling and material orders, programming, snagging, liaising with sales /li li Ability to coach and develop junior construction team members /li li Strong problem-solving on site /li li Self-motivated with initiative and leadership by example /li li Excellent planning and organisational skills to meet objectives and deadlines /li li Experience leading project operations to achieve start on site, show-home opening, CML and legal completion targets within budgets /li li CSCS Managers Card /li li SMSTS /li li First Aid /li /ul ul li leadership /li li coaching /li li problem-solving /li li site management /li li schedule and programming /li li budget control /li /ul
