We’re Hiring | Customer Support Associate – Hotel Engine (Flex Process)

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Hotel Engine (Flex) Process team. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in retention, recovery, collections, or upselling within the hotel (hospitality ) domain, this opportunity is for you.

Position: Customer Support Associate – Hotel Engine (Flex)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions related to retention, recovery, and collections
• Assist customers with queries and provide effective resolutions
• Drive upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Ensure smooth communication with customers in a professional manner

Eligibility Criteri a:

• Graduate from any discipline
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required
• Experience in Retention / Upselling / Recovery / Collections is mandatory
• Candidates with Hospitality ( Hotel Industry ) background will be preferred
