They specialize in complex commercial construction, with a particular focus on high-end restaurant projects, delivering both ground-up and interior build-outs for nationally recognized brands throughout the United States. Job Description Oversee all field operations from project startup through turnover Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation Manage ground-up and interior renovation projects valued at $5M+ Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor Background in high-end restaurant, hospitality, or upscale commercial construction Experience managing both ground-up and interior projects Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills What's on Offer Salary: Up to $110,000 - $130,000 + Paid Overtime Healthcare benefits, 401(k) match, and PTO Annual bonus opportunity and mileage reimbursement Local South Florida projects or national travel opportunities available
