Hiring: Senior Instructional Designer (Core ID) | US K-12 | Remote

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

We are looking for an experienced Core Instructional Designer with a strong background in US K-12 curriculum and learning design . This role is ideal for professionals who excel at designing engaging, learner-centric instructional content and have hands-on experience creating storyboards, assessments, and interactive learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design learner-centric instructional solutions for US K-12 learners.
• Develop detailed storyboards and learning flows.
• Create assessments, knowledge checks, and engaging learning activities.
• Analyze content and chunk information into effective learning modules.
• Align content with US educational standards.
• Design microlearning, simulations, videos, facilitator guides, participant guides, and job aids.
• Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, 5E, UDL, DOK, GRR, Gagné's 9 Events, Dick & Carey, and SAM where appropriate.
• Collaborate with SMEs and review AI-generated content for instructional quality and accuracy.
• Work with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, LMS platforms (Canvas/Moodle), and other eLearning tools.
