You won’t always be stuck behind a desk, your “office” is the jobsite, alongside customers who rely on your expertise to keep projects moving.

What You’ll DoInstall and service Topcon Machine Control systems on:DozersMotor GradersExcavatorsSkid SteersCompactorsPavers and Curb MachinesTroubleshoot complex hardware, software, hydraulic, and electronic systems to improve machine accuracy and performanceResearch and diagnose technical issues to identify effective solutionsProvide pre‑ and post‑sale technical support for customers and sales teams via:On-site visitsPhoneE-mailRemote support toolsRepresent the company professionally at customer job sites and build long-term relationshipsWork outdoors in varied conditions: rain, heat, and cold are part of the job
What We’re Looking ForStrong mechanical and technical aptitudeComfort troubleshooting electro‑mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systemsCustomer-first mindset with strong communication skillsQuick learner who enjoys mastering new technologyIntermediate computer skills (software navigation, diagnostics, documentation)Physically capable of:Climbing onto large equipmentLifting up to 75 poundsWillingness to travel as needed (travel fluctuates based on business demands)Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or trade school preferredField experience or prior work with:Heavy equipmentConstruction machineryAutomotive, diesel, electrical, or mechanical systemsExperience with machine control installations is a plus. xzbcwsv but not requiredWillingness and aptitude to learn heavy equipment operation and advanced technology
