Service engineer – filling machines

Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical filling machines at customer sites.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for filling equipment.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and automation-related issues.
Coordinate with customers to resolve equipment-related problems.
Support machine trials, validation and performance testing.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper service documentation.
Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams for complex issues.
Provide technical guidance and training to customers when required.
Travel to customer sites across India and overseas, based on business requirements.
Need to travel PAN India
Requirements
Experience in servicing/commissioning pharmaceutical filling machines.
Strong troubleshooting knowledge in mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
Experience in aseptic/sterile filling equipment will be an advantage.
Good customer handling and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Experience in pharmaceutical equipment or machinery industry preferred.
