Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls for freight and transport.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and logistics operators.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and transportation terms with clients and partners.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to optimize service and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and logistics procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales or dispatch role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to client sites.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible working hours when needed.
