We need an editor who understands pacing for short-form and can turn raw talking-head footage into sharp, engaging health content that converts. What You'll Do • Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form doctor videos (5–15 minutes) • Add subtitles, lower thirds, b-roll, motion text, and on-brand transitions • Cut ad creatives for Meta campaigns across 15s, 30s, and 60s formats • Manage a weekly content pipeline with consistent publishing cadence • Ensure all output meets platform-specific specs (aspect ratio, file size, caption burns)   Must-Haves • Prof
