Non-IT Recruiter (Domestic Staffing)

• We are looking for a recruiter with 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably from the semiconductor domain.
• We can consider recruiters with solid experience in high-volume hiring for business/professional roles also.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract Non-IT roles within India.
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri, Monster, JobDiva, social media, and internal databases for candidate sourcing
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiate salary packages.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to meet client SLAs
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/internal recruitment systems
