About Our Client Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their Retail and MOB construction division. Job Description Manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers. Resolve on-site issues and address any unforeseen challenges effectively. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent - Retail & Mob should have: Experience with managing construction projects in retail or medical office building environments. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Ability to travel frequently and work on-site at various locations. Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
