TruIntel Reform Foundation is looking for  energetic and target-oriented Sales Advisors to join our WFO sales team. The role involves selling and promoting our  Honorary Doctorate (HD) recognition programmes and POSH training/certification programmes .

• Make outbound calls and connect with prospective leads.
• Explain  Honorary Doctorate (HD)and  POSH programmes clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and convert qualified leads into enrolments.
• Follow up consistently with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Handle customer questions and sales objections effectively.
• Maintain lead information and follow-ups.
• Achieve  daily, weekly and monthly sales targets .
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Use available content, event videos and organisational achievements to build credibility during sales conversations.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive communication.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• Previous experience in tele-sales, counselling, education sales or B2C sales will be an advantage.
• Local candidates from Delhi/NCR preferred.
