We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Counselling Department | Chandigarh University
Location: Mohali (On-site)
Work Mode: Full-time | Day Shift | 6 Days Working
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Chandigarh University is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-Counsellor Inside Sales Team . If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in student counselling/sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele-counsellors (inbound & outbound).
- Drive admission targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
- Handle shrinkage, attrition , and team productivity.
- Ensure exceptional counselling experience for students & parents.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure process compliance.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in
- EdTech / University / College / Education / Edu-tech industry
- Strong background in team handling, inside sales & counselling
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
- Proven experience in revenue generation & achieving targets
