We are looking for a technically strong and motivated Junior Technical Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience in software development, technical coordination, or project management. The ideal candidate should have a development background and be interested in moving toward project management while working closely with technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate software development projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into clear technical tasks and development plans.
• Assist in sprint planning, task allocation, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, project reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
• Review project specifications, technical documentation, workflows, and development processes.
• Identify and help resolve technical or project-related blockers faced by developers.
• Track team productivity, project progress, and development milestones.
• Ensure projects follow defined development standards, processes, and quality practices.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, task updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and timelines effectively to internal teams and clients.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software development, technical coordination, or project management.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern web development technologies .
• Hands-on or working knowledge of:

JavaScript (ES6+)

Node.js

React.js / Next.js

REST APIs

Git / Version Control

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Slack .
• Ability to understand technical requirements, application architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Technical Coordinator .
• Experience working with web or mobile application development projects.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, third-party integrations, and system architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and product development workflows.
• Scrum, Agile, PMP, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
